In terms of demographics, I think that the age range would be from 18-40 years old because university students may study art and other subjects which may be covered in the magazine and others might read it to see and get inspired by influential people whose stories and success are written in the magazine. I think that the social class will be middle and higher class. The race or ethnicity would be white.

The level of education you would expect for most Oh Comely readers is University educated people because the magazine has the intelligent and hard language to understand and people who have studied will understand what the stories are about in the magazine. Also, most people who go to university will be creative and will want to learn more.

The audience pleasures that are offered by Oh Comely are personal identification, personal relationships and surveillance. Personal identification because you want to recognise your type of lifestyle. Personal relationships because you are being sympathetic towards the people in the magazine and the stories about them. And surveillance because you are trying to find out about new cultures and new niche topics that are around.

Flexibility around mechanics and options – the Oh Comely team can work with relevant brands and products in different and interesting ways that resonate with the audience and that look great. All these points in the design and advertising section meet and agree with the statement that is pointed out.

Oh, Comely has been able to build a loyal audience of subscribers in the eight years since launched because they have listened to what their niche audience wants and they have put it in the magazine. So they are really putting the customers and target audience first which will keep them engaged and interested in each issue that is released. Also, they have brands in their magazine which will allow them to become more popular and they are brands that their audiences will love such as brands that are creative for women. Also, they are offering things that their rival magazines don't which means they have a competitive advantage over their rivals. Also in general, Oh Comely is keeping up with technology and using it to their advantage such as having social media accounts and having a website so that they can promote their magazine and become a more bigger company.
